Dear families

We are supporting the date project by selling dates tins from the end of January onwards priced at £10 per tin. They will be available to buy after school either from the main office or on the school yard. For more information visit https://thedateproject.org

Dear Parents/Carers,

Each week we will post an online safety newsletter that should help you and your child.

It can be hard to keep up in this ever-changing digital world. But the things that help keep children safe online are often similar to the things that keep them safe offline.

Encourage your child to think critically and question what they see online. Please find time to talk to your child about what they see online and about what they access on the internet (such as games and social media).

Good afternoon families,

Please join us in congratulating our Y2 pride and value award winning pupils this week.

This week Y2 completed their letters to a teacher to inform them about a disaster that happened in our classrooms!  We posted our letters to our teachers. We hope they enjoy reading them!

Healthy Eating

Our Y2 children completed their healthy eating topic by making a healthy balanced pizza. The children had a range of toppings and bases to pick from, the best part was eating them later

In art, we have been focusing on tone, tint and shade. We created a gradient to show progression and build up of the colour grey from light to dark.

School Book Fair

Dear families

We will have the Scholastic book fair in the Junior Hall starting Tuesday 21st January - Monday 27th January everyday after school until 4pm.

Families will be able to buy a variety of children's books. When families purchase books, school is given a cashpot to spend on books too.
