New School Uniform for September 2024
Dear families,
In a bid to make uniform more affordable, we have decided to change our school uniform slightly. Pupils can now wear navy blue sweatshirts/cardigans either with/without the logo, white polo shirt, plain black jogging bottoms/leggings/skirts, black shoes or plain black trainers, children no longer need to wear ties.
Girls can wear a pull over type (not loose) scarf in navy or black

Our Year 4 students will be visiting the beautiful Shire Brook Valley Nature Reserve! Here are the dates for each class:
Y4 Turquoise - 6th November
 Y4 Onyx - 12th November
The pupils will engage in the fantastic Young Rangers Discovery Program led by Discovery Outdoors. This is a wonderful opportunity for them to connect with their local environment and enhance their map skills—all while having fun outdoors!
Please make sure your children arrive promptly at school by 8:40 AM, as we'll be catching the 52 bus and taking a short walk to the nature reserve. We’ll be back in plenty of time for home time, so no need to worry!
A reminder that children will need to bring a packed lunch, as they’ll be enjoying their meal at the reserve. If your child usually receives a free school meal, don’t worry—a meal will be provided for them.
Let's prepare for a day filled with learning and fun! It's important that the children dress warmly and be ready for any wet weather—getting muddy is all part of the adventure!
While the trip will show up as free on Arbor, we are kindly requesting a contribution of £2.00 to cover the return bus fare. Please make any payments at the school office. Also, don’t forget that all parents must give consent via Arbor.
Thank you for your support, and we can’t wait for this fantastic adventure!
