In Y2 phonics, some children have been working really hard to read and write multi-syllabic words such as increase, enjoyment, lemonade and bumblebee.

Year 4 have had a lovely start to the week exploring our new library. Students have had the chance to explore the different genres of books that we have and record which ones hooked them the most. We also read a Rob Biddulph book together! Who is your favourite author?

Y3 have been working hard as scientists. They have been exploring rocks. 

In Y2 this week we have been looking at monoprinting pictures of different patterns we found around school. We rolled ink onto our page and drew around an outline of a picture to print it in our ink. It was so much fun 🙂

Year five have been thinking like scientists and investigating mixtures and pure substances.
