We hope to make a memorable day for the children
and further their understanding of life at sea and on the coast.
The visit will take place on Tuesday 29th September for Mr Pabla’s class and some of Mrs
Fazlanie’s class and Wednesday 30th
September for Mr Carruther’s class and the rest of Mrs Fazlanie’s class.
Cleethorpes is quite a distance from our school so
in order to get a full day at the seaside we aim to leave school at 8.00am, so
please come early and don’t get left behind! We expect to return to school by
4.30pm. If there are any delays, the office team will contact you by 3.00pm.
Please make sure your contact details are correct at the main office.
We are asking for a contribution of £10.00 per
child for the cost of the coach and an ice cream at the seaside. Please return
payment in full with the permission slip to the main office. Without your contribution it may be necessary
to cancel the visit. We understand that
some families may need to pay in instalments to help spread the cost, if so,
please speak to your child’s class teacher.
Cold weather
All children must wear full school uniform
including sensible shoes. They will also
need to wear a warm, weather-proof coat.
Please ensure your child’s name is written in their coat.
Hot weather
All children must wear full school uniform
including sensible shoes. They will also
need to wear a hat and sun-cream to protect them. Please ensure your child’s name is written in
their school jumper.
Lunch
All
children will be provided with a free pack lunch by school.
All you will need to provide your child is a drink in a bottle with their name
on.
Please check all medical information is correct at
the school office.
Yours sincerely
